Fred and Gail Wilson have been partners in business and life since 1972. Fred grew up in the structural trades while Gail studied design. A draftsman from the 4th grade when he first drew the family home to scale, Fred has been designing and building kitchens, bathrooms and homes ever since.
Fred is active in the local, state and national Home Builder’s Association and has been the President of the Amarillo group, Texas Panhandle Builders Association, as well as the West Texas Home Builders Association. He is currently a Life Director of the Texas Association of Builders and a Director of the National Association of Home Builders. On a National level, he is a member of several Sub-Committees of the Construction, Codes and Standards Committee including Energy and on a State level, he is a member of the Building Codes and Standards Committee. He has served as a Governor appointee by Rick Perry to the Texas Industrialized Code Council and is nationally recognized as the region’s only certified Graduate Master Builder.
Gail is also very active in the West Texas Home Builders Association and has served as President of the West Texas Builders Association Auxiliary and Chaired in its Civic Services as well as many other civic activities. Gail is a graduate of the Interior Design Institute at TSTI.
